Animation and Stress

It is fact that nothing kills a day of stress like dancing naked in your living room to some Rebecca Black.

Such stress relieving methods may seem odd, intimidating or you may even feel like committing such an act would be as committing "social suicide".

Do not forget that social suicide should not matter to the animator, for the animator's only friend should be a glowing box. Also you're in your freaking living room fer chrissakes. Man (or Woman) up, and love the glowing box better by booty dancing in front the mirror whilst asking yourself...."Which seat CAN I TAKE?"
